Where do you ship to?
We ship within the USA & Canada. Customers will be responsible for any export/duty fees.
How long does shipping take?
Free ground shipping is included on orders over $50. Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days to receive.
You can upgrade your shipping to Priority shipping, and that is 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order with your email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will also receive an email with tracking information.

How do I return an item?

Do you offer custom items?
Absolutely, we're excited to bring your vision to reality. We can create custom logos, designs, and more. A design fee will be included in your final invoice.
Can I send you my logo to engrave?
Absolutely! Please be sure to email your logo to us as a PNG or SVG in black & white.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we absolutely love working on wholesale orders! All laser items on our website are available for wholesale. You can reach out to us via email or place an order on our Faire site.
